Terms and Conditions

By submitting an order on this website you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Deliveries.

Items for the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail or Courier.

Items destined for outside the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail.

UK Delivery Service.

Courier service 1-3 working days

Royal Mail 1-3 working days

Overseas Delivery Service.

Ireland and Europe 4-10 working days

Beyond Europe times cannot be estimated

Important.

The Isle of Wight Biscuit Company cannot accept responsibility for non delivery of goods outside the U.K.

Delivery lead times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur for reasons beyond our control.

Payment.

All transactions are in £ sterling. Payments are made by Paypal.

When placing your order over the internet, your details are transmitted over a secure network connection. We do not see your card details, ensuring your payment protection.

Refunds Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please inform us within 5 days from the date of receiving your order and we will provide a refund or exchange.

Claims will not be accepted for damages, shortages or packing errors unless they are reported within 2 working days of receipt of goods.

Cancellations.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, you may do so up until 12 noon the day before the order is due to leave. This may be done by telephone, fax or email.

For cancellations after delivery, please contact us within 24 hours and return the items to us in the unused good condition that they were delivered, within 5 days from the date of receiving the order. We will then provide you with a refund.
